Yes, bread here is quite different.
It cost more than in Russia.
And if you want bread like bread in Russia you need to pay much more.
Usual American bread has much preservatives, which change bread's taste and allow to keep bread long long time without refrigerator.
Now I understand why Americans usually don't eat bread at all :-)
