Compare the hours required/expected for the two positions.
Also, you must be quoting the salary, right? Wall Street usually has Very Large bonuses, especially if the company is doing well. Am I correct to assume, looking at the numbers, that the bonus was not included?

I included the median bonus into 175K. And yes, that's a low ball for NYC finances, but to get more one has to have trading desk experience.
